DESCRIPTION:Hospice SLO County and Woods Humane Society invite you to the Light Up a Life Ceremony\, Paws to Remember\, happening on Thursday\, November 14\, 2024\n5 - 6 PM: Refreshments and resources\n6 - 7 PM: Pet remembrance ceremony \nThe holidays symbolize a time when friends and family gather in celebration. It can also be a difficult and emotional time for those grieving the loss of a pet. Pawsto Remember offers the community an opportunity to come together to remember our beloved pets. You are invited to make a donation and receive a lantern in memory of a beloved pet. Your pet’s name will be read at the Pawsto Remember ceremony. You are also invited to share a photo of your pet at the ceremony. With your donation\, your Light Up A Life lantern ornament will be mailed to you to keep or for you to send to the family of the pet you are remembering. \nWoods Humane Society\n875 Oklahoma Ave\, San Luis Obispo \nThis ceremony is free to attend.\nProceeds will support Hospice SLO County's Pet Peace of Mind program.\nClick here or call 805-544-2266 for more information.
