Woods will join in the fun at Family Fun Day in the SLO Public Market Courtyard on August 5th from 12p to 5p. There will be live music from local artists, Silk Ocean and Speaking of Roses, a bounce slide from SLO Bounce Co, free face painting & henna tattoos from Enchanted Hasna, AND YMCA SLO will set up a booth with fun activities for the kids! Family Fun Day is sure to be filled with great music, good food, and fun that everyone can enjoy!

The Morro Bay National Estuary Program's Mutts for the Bay is teaming up with Woods Humane Society for a volunteer coastal cleanup on Friday, August 11 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Meet at Cloisters Park in Morro Bay to help us pick up litter in the surrounding dog-friendly park, trails, and beach while learning about humane & eco-friendly pet ownership!

Join Woods on July 8th at 10 a.m. as we partner with our pals at Morro Bay Natural Estuary Program for their Summer Science Storytime at the Nature Center! Woods Humane Society will share in story time and teach how to be an eco-friendly and humane dog owner. This program is designed for families with elementary-age youth, but all ages are welcome. We hope to see you there!
