Contest Rules
To ensure your pet's photo can be featured in the calendar, please review the following requirements before entering:
- Photos must be high-resolution, in color, and print quality.
- Your photo must feature only your pet(s) (dogs, cats, or a dog/cat combination). No people or other animals.
- Photos should be raw and unedited. Heavy filters, watermarks, text overlays, or other alterations are not permitted.
- Check your photo's print quality before uploading here. Your image should be 250 PPI or higher when printed at 12" × 12".
- If your winning photo does not meet print requirements, a Woods Humane Society staff member will contact you to request a replacement. If a suitable photo is not received by the deadline, the next highest fundraiser (runner-up) will be featured in this year's calendar.
- You may enter multiple pets/photos, but each photo requires its own fundraising page and registration.
- All submitted photos and stories become the property of Woods Humane Society and may be cropped, edited, or used for promotional purposes.
- Woods Humane Society reserves the right to remove any photo deemed offensive, inappropriate, or not meeting contest guidelines.
- All photo entries must be submitted by midnight PDT September 20, 2026.

The top 10 fundraisers will receive:

- Four (4) printed calendars
- A featured Pet of the Month spotlight on Woods Humane Society's social media, website, and email newsletter
The top Woods staff fundraiser will receive:
- A featured monthly spread in the calendar
- Four (4) printed calendars
- A Pet of the Month spotlight on Woods Humane Society's social media, website, and email newsletter
Participants who raise $25 or more will receive:
- Their contest photo featured on the calendar collage page
- One (1) printed calendar, available for pickup at Wiggle Waggle Fall Festival on October 24, 2026 or either Woods Humane Society locations during November and December 2026
