Submit your best pet photos in the New Times SLO's and The Sun's Pet Issue Photo Contest. Entries are $5 each and all proceeds will be split between Woods Humane Society and Santa Barbara Humane Society. Winning photos will be featured in their special Pet Issue on October 19th!
