" Meet Luci and Kelley, our Ragdoll sisters born July 31, 2021. Luci was a “planned” adoption and named before she was born. Kelley was a gift given by a generous friend of my daughter with special needs. Luci, a minted seal point, looks elegant and graceful in pictures but she is nothing of the sort—rather she is a bull in a China cabinet (very clumsy) with an intuitive understanding of any other living creature’s pain or need. Kelley, a bi-color seal point, is a diva in the sense that she truly doesn’t understand why she wouldn’t be the very most important person—in the most endearing way. Born with 4 holes in her heart, Kelley survived the odds and has become a true and most gentle companion. Following their arrival to our home, my daughter faced a challenge that temporarily took her ability to eat or walk normally. As if stepping in time, Luci and Kelley developed a tag-team effort of watching out for her every move. Their gentle ways provided a constant hug and comfort to my girl—never a concern for scratching or trauma—truly a source I’ve come to depend on!" -Kathryn Dean
