July was full of happy endings, lifesaving care, and community support. We celebrated 322 adoptions, including five long term residents who found loving homes after requiring significant support during their time with us. 178 kittens found homes, our highest number of kitten adoptions in a single month since July 2019! Of those, 51 kittens found their families during our Foster the Love Adoption Promotion. Our Medical team altered 59 community cats during Tip It Tuesday and provided free vaccines to 182 owned pets through our July clinics. 300 guests joined us for Pink Drank at the Elks Lodge in SLO, bringing our community together to support pets in need at Woods. We also received a $10,000 grant from the ASPCA to support fee waived adoption promotions in August and September!
