Hospice SLO County and Woods Humane Society invite you to the Light Up a Life Ceremony, Paws to Remember, happening on Thursday, November 14, 2024
5 - 6 PM: Refreshments and resources
6 - 7 PM: Pet remembrance ceremony
The holidays symbolize a time when friends and family gather in celebration. It can also be a difficult and emotional time for those grieving the loss of a pet. Pawsto Remember offers the community an opportunity to come together to remember our beloved pets. You are invited to make a donation and receive a lantern in memory of a beloved pet. Your pet’s name will be read at the Pawsto Remember ceremony. You are also invited to share a photo of your pet at the ceremony. With your donation, your Light Up A Life lantern ornament will be mailed to you to keep or for you to send to the family of the pet you are remembering.
