The World Dog Surfing Championships® Exhibition Tour is making its debut in Pismo Beach! Six of the world's top dog surfing teams will hit the waves just north of the Pismo Beach Pier from 10 AM to 2 PM in a free, public showcase of the sport at its highest level. Come watch this entertaining, impressive, and adorable sport!
The afternoon features competitive heats, a final showcase round, and a dog beach fashion contest. Community teams can even sign up to compete alongside the pros. The Surf Dog Village will be the hub of sponsor tents and local organizations. Spectators can watch from the beach for an up-close view or from the pier for a bird's-eye look at the action. Dogs are welcome on the beach on leash per City of Pismo Beach rules. Please note they are not permitted on the pier, per City of Pismo Beach rules.
